Wasn't Sure What To Name This One

I am always thinking and brainstorming things I can share with you on here that will actually make a difference in your business by using my own experience in the business and from the agents that I currently coach.

I have two Realtors right now that are dealing with a high level of stress, overwhelm, and frustration, three things that are unfortunately inevitable in this business of real estate. The key is to accept that and learn to manage it. Having a daily schedule and…

Which One Are You Wearing?

We all have so many different ones that we have to wear even in a single day. We are moms, dads, significant others, Realtors, sisters, brothers, children, coaches, cleaners, and the list could go on.

Which hat are you wearing at any given time? Might seem like a silly question but if we can learn to truly focus on the hat we're wearing at any given moment instead of all the other hats we have to wear our lives, our business, and the lives of those around us would be…

January 2013 - Washington, DC and Prince George’s County Home Sales

The Real Estate Business Intelligence headline for February reads “Double-Digit Annual Price Gains in DC Metro (Again)”. A great way to start the New Year! Court or Bleachers?

I had a coaching call the other day with a group of 25 Realtors and as we were talking about their business, mindset, and life I asked them a question.  The question was, are you on the court in life or on the bleachers?

We are all on one or the other.  We're either on the court playing full out or we're on the bleachers watching and cheering for others success.  While it's great to cheer others on and support them there's also YOUR time to be on the court.  Two of my favorite…
