Your personal success in Real Estate sales cannot be measured only by your gross commission income. I like to think that if you are doing what you love, you aren't working at all. Of course, top professionals can earn millions of dollars every year selling real estate. That kind of earning potential draws a crowd into the business. Having worked with some of the highest producers in the industry, I can tell you that the million dollar GCI agents work harder than you can imagine. Literally 100 hours per week. Maybe you strive for your own level of success. Afterall, the most important expectation to meet is your own. If you made minimum wage before starting your real estate career, and you earn $75,000 or $100,000, I would say that was a real success. Don't make the mistake of comparing yourself to the elite of the business. Focus on your own success, your own goals, and strive to constantly improve. Just a thought for the day.
