I was on a coaching call the other day with one of the Realtors I coach on an individual basis and we were role playing her scripts and she said as she’s calling FSBO’s she keeps getting the objection; We’re just gonna sell it ourselves.
I was playing the Realtor and she was playing the seller, I handled it this way and then she asked me to type it up and email it to her so she could have it to study and be in front of her when she’s calling.
I thought it might be something that could help you as well if you are calling For Sale By Owners. I believe our goal as the Realtor should to become source of information for FSBO’s as they try it on their own and ask that they give us the opportunity to interview with them and apply for the job of helping them should they end up deciding to hire an agent.
